NATIONAL PE STANDARDS
1. The physically literate individual demonstrates competency in a variety of motor skills & movement patterns.
2. The physically literate individual applies knowledge of concepts, principles, strategies & tactics related to movement & performance.
3. The physically literate individual demonstrates the knowledge & skills to achieve & maintain a health-enhancing level of physical activity & fitness.
4. The physically literate individual exhibits responsible personal & social behavior that respects self & others.
